U9s vs Llangwm

First time playing Llangwm this season so a tad unsure what to expect. First 10 minutes were a learning curve for the Saints as Llangwm took an early lead with some lovely runs, with some really good line work and passing. The Saints woke up for the next 10 minutes and with strong, solid runs which saw the Saints come alive in the game. The third 10 minute was another hard fought 10, both teams pushing each other tackle for tackle; Saints attempting to pass a lot more before the tackle. Legs still going strong and ploughing on through. The last 10 both teams had given their all but still fighting until he final whistle.

Llangwm were a delight to play against, a really nice team, fab kids, coach and fab parents/guardians, thank you!!

Not my usual write up today, keeping it short and sweet. Everyone got some good tackles in today. Everyone had good runs with the ball. Everyone had some amazing catches. As I said to you all at the club each and everyone of you should be very proud of how you played and always remember you are a team and if you work together good things will happen!! We still need work on passing out, line work and positioning but really well done.
