Code Of Conduct

  1. Help your child to be punctual and prepared to play. Ensure you or a designated adult is present at training sessions and match days

  2. Encourage your child to play by the rules and the player's code of conduct

  3. Engage with the Coaches chosen form of team communication in a timely way, answer availability questions and let them know in advance if you are not able to attend a match or a training session. Update coaches on change of circumstances at the earliest opportunity (medical/contact details etc)

  4. Remember that children are playing rugby to have fun. Support games positively, applaud good play by the team and the opposition

  5. Be respectful of referee's and coaches decisions

  6. Behave as a role model on the touchline using respectful language and actions to others, including congratulating opposition players and making their supporters welcome

  7. Respect the Clubhouse and facilities wherever the team are playing. Park appropriately, wipe muddied footwear, provide a warm welcome at our home ground and offer support to coaches on a rota when possible for team events and team duties including: washing kit/collecting in playing cones/serving food & drinks etc

  8. Accept that the Parent's Code of Conduct is enforced and is supported by the WRU to ensure that the game is conducted at every level in accordance with discipline and sporting behaviour. Breaches of the Parent's Code of Conduct will be handled by Club Officials
