U8’s vs Milford

Driving down to Milford this morning I thought we were guaranteed a soaking but the weather was kind and the game was played in perfect conditions.

Milford have got some tall fast players and just edged the first period of the game. The Saints played brilliantly in the second period leading 5-9 after 20 minutes. Tag rugby is meant to be 20 minutes long but we always play a third period and it's always a try fest as the players on both sides tire, tagging drops off and 13 trys scored in the last 10 minutes.

Another good morning for the Saints.
