U8s festival in Milford Haven
A really well run festival in Milford Haven this morning. Every time we go to Milford I'm jealous of the 3g pitch what a great facility that is.
Three games for the Saints today and after the game last week I really tried to get across how important it is to work as hard in defence as in attack. The team really responded to this we scored some fantastic tries but most pleasing for me was how hard they worked in defence everyone put a massive shift in for the team.
