All fees contribute towards post match food, coaching and refereeing courses, insurance, first aid courses and DBS checks as well as the upkeep of the club and grounds. Membership includes: Post-Match Player Meals at Home Games. Players to be covered under the WRU Insurance Scheme. Following the return of this player registration form parents not already on the Spond group will therefore need to download the App and using group code SXMBS register yourself using your name as it appears on this form. It is useful to enable notifications in the app so you are alerted to team messages. Following registration you will receive a request for payment of player membership via Spond at the level you have indicated above. (1/2/3 player membership) and will need to complete payment by the 1st October 2023 in order for your child/ren to be eligible to play and train. Payments through Spond require the entry of card details but these are not stored and the payment processor is Stripe, which has the highest PCI-certification for security.
